The stay in this exceptionally comfortable and beautiful hotel was great and we will come back. Magnificent location next to the nightclub, nice staff, everything was good. Location: the venue was really close to the additional restaurants and the beach is like at Allegro and Occidental Resorts and the Cozumel airport. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Playa Paradise. The breakfast was great and adequate and offered lots of yummy food. The service was all in all exceptional.

I recently stayed at Secrets Aura in Cozumel for a snorkeling getaway. The location was stunning, with a beautiful reef right off the beach. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the preferred rooms were updated and comfortable. The included water sports were a fantastic bonus, and the food was satisfactory. this is one of the best options for a vacation in Cozumel.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had the most amazing vacation at this hotel. The location on the beach was beautiful, with snorkeling right off the reef. The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms in the Preferred Club were updated and comfortable, with amazing showers. The hotel facilities, including the pools and landscaping, were perfectly manicured and inviting. The beach was stunning and groomed daily. The staff, including Arelly, Mily, Luis, and Carolina, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast at the room service was great, and lunch at Duncan's Sunnyside Grill was our best meal. The Preferred Club pool was a lot of fun, and the pier was convenient for boat tours.
